He signed a one year contract with Messina in summer 2004. In January 205, He was sold to Genoa of Serie C1 in join-ownership bid, but in summer Messina bought back Iliev.
In summer 2007, Ivica Iliev transferred to PAOK FC with 1 year contract.
He debut for FR Yugoslavia / Serbia & Montenegro against Germany in friendly match 30 April 2003. He scored in his last mach against Poland, in friendly match same year on 16 November.
Iliev scored 41 goals for Partizan.

PAOK and Partizan love eachother
Ivica Iliev is loved by the Partizan fans. PAOK also loves him aswell.
He is a great striker and played for Messinia in Italy.
